A Love Letter to The Collective

Dear Collective,

We can’t believe it’s been less than a year since all this began. What started as a group of friends, and friends of friends, throwing house parties or just hanging out together has now grown into one of the most active and fun communities in London.

It all started with the simple goal of bringing together kindred spirits who shared the same idea of fun, connection, and community. After one too many council complaints, we thought it would be wiser to start hiring proper venues… But believe us when we say we never expected such incredible participation, love, and enthusiasm from so many of you.

At every event so far, we’ve received praise from venues, DJs, and promoters for how fun and kind our community is, something they say they rarely, if ever, see. This, along with the joy we experience ourselves, has made us realize we’re building something special. Something we want to cultivate for as long as you, our friends, want us to.

In fact, we have big plans for the near (and not-so-near) future, which we’ll reveal in due time. But for now, we’d like to invite you to join us on 17th October to celebrate our one-year anniversary at Steel Yard London. This will be our best production yet, and we want all of you there to celebrate this amazing community we’ve built together.

We hope you feel that this space is yours as much as it is ours - a home away from home.
